Step 1 Free consultation
Book a consultation or email us plans if you already have a designer. This process is approximately 1 hour and involves going over your vision and what you want in the space. One of our designers will then talk through some ideas and take notes of what look you are after.
Step 2 Design concept
We will prepare a design concept and a fixed price quotation valid for 3 months. We choose materials and products that we think would best suit your budget and style.
Step 3 Design meeting
We will meet you in our showroom to review the designs and quotation, we will listen to your thoughts and take notes on any changes.
Step 4 Ordering kitchen
Once you are happy with the design you can place an order and pay a 50% deposit to secure a position in our production schedule.
Step 5 Site visit
Site visit for preliminary measure with one of our designers.
Step 6 Production drawings
We will produce detailed production drawings for you to go over and give to your tradesmen.
Step 7 Final site measure
We will come and do a final site measure to ensure it will fit perfectly.
Step 8 Production
We will make your kitchen in our factory with our onsite CNC machine. We will invite you to come and inspect your kitchen in the factory before it gets installed and a progress payment is required.
Step 9 Installation
Installation of your kitchen by our 2 in-house installers. We will arrange a time that suits you the best prior to installation.
Step 10 Stone template
We meet with the stone company on your site to check stone template.
Step 11 Stone install
The stone bench-tops will be installed.
Step 12 Final sign-off
Once you are happy with everything and has been completed according to the agreement, you sign off the job and pay the final payment.
Designs - We create a personalised design and quotation, the designs are available to view in our showroom free of charge, but if you request an emailed copy or hard copy of the designs you will be charged $495.00 plus GST designing/ drafting fee per room. This is refundable on purchase.
Site measure - A fee of $150.00 plus GST may be charged if we come and do a site measure after we have quoted your job, this is refundable on purchase of your kitchen.
